**Q: Difference between this and the chicken and pork rub? Doing a pulled pork this weekend and wondering what is better option. Thanks**
A: The pork rub has a few different ingredients n it comes out really good. I did 225 for about 8hrs   Came out real good. The chicken rub  i've only used on chicken but it does taste good

The best rub money can buy. Great taste when used on any part of the beef, but it is heavenly on brisket.

yes I will use it on ribs,  for your info try rubbing mayo on the ribs before putting the rub on, I would have never done it but just had to try and it tenderizes the ribs so you don;t have to wrap them and the get done sooner. The crust is soft and not crisp and you don;t taste the mayo, just add more rub than you normally would

We've been using another popular brand for the past 5 years or so which I've gotten good reviews for.So, this was a bit of a risk.Well, it does provide some fine pork shoulder and carnitas.The difference here is the blend of chilies. This stuff even works on burgers.We're going to order more of this.  HEB is running a sale on brisket this week...
