After the usual task of whittling down the huge range of product options based on star ratings and customer reviews, I went for this item in the lilac colour, to match the lavender scent (which I like). I popped it in the microwave for 2 mins with an egg cup of water - being careful for it not to touch the sides (I have a very small microwave, so this was tricky) - and it came out lovely and hot, but not too hot, and smelling great! It was quite damp when I first put it on, but that soon wore off. I found putting it next to my skin rather than on top of clothing worked best, and didn't make my skin so itchy. It stayed hot for about an hour, and it was very comfy and soft to wear, and had a nice weight to it. For under Β£10 I think it's good value for money. I know others had problems with the bag catching fire, so I really hope this doesn't happen - just ensure you put a little cup of water in the microwave when heating it up and I'm sure it should be fine. I can see me using this in the winter just to keep warm whilst WFH as it's nice and cosy - save money on central heating!
