Review: Button flush good value - I order these every couple of years. They are easy to fit and work well until plastic damaged by limescale then I replace with a new one. Less than £10 for a flushing toilet is excellent value.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are there any other flush buttons that would be a direct replacement for this? These are so weak they just keep breaking!**
A: I don't know of any more robust alternative. However my initial flush button lasted 2 years and its replacement was straight forward to fix and has been working for 3 months so far. Perhaps storing a spare replacement and changing it every 2 years may be the solution.

**Q: What is the rod length, need 7 inches ... no smut please**
A: Sorry.  I'm not a plumber.  This is just the replacement valve that screws together from the top and then underneath the lid and it then clicks into a white plastic receiver that has a wire attached to it.  I don't know what rod you are referring to.  Sorry.
