When I asked a question they responded very quickly and were extremely informative. The Bowl is beautiful and very well made, I actually want to buy another one when I can get some money. Definitely would recommend this bowl the size fits very nicely in your hand, yes its bigger than the average size but not to big you still can't carry it.
