I specifically use the tape the help stabilize my knee whenever I retweak it. The adhesive works very well, stays on for days, and is equally as effective as the original kinesio tape. I like being able to cut strips to size vs the pre cut strips I have found in other brands as they are a bit to long and I end up wasting about 2 inches a strip every time which adds up. The cons are that it is VERY adhesive and leaves colored adhesive marks as it starts to peel back or when fully removed. It also doesn’t cut well and almost immediately starts to fray with little strings hanging on the edges.
