It's more orange. Still pretty, but not what I wanted. I was really disappointed at first. HOWEVER, I managed to get the exact look I wanted/expected by layering it over OPI's Art Walk in Suzi's Shoes (I did two coats, but I could have done one). Then I put one coat of Heart and Con-Sol on top, and I got the sparkly red I wanted.
