Not overly flavorful but still hits the spot when you feel like some nacho cheese and chips or something. This is coming from a lifelong cheese lover. The first batch I made was very globby but I may not have mixed it well or overheated it. It's a little slow to mix at first but just keep at it and it will eventually mix quite well. It does start crusting very quickly too when heating so I suggest microwaving for 15 seconds, stir, and repeat as desired. Stovetop would probably be best but I haven't tried that. The second time turned out great and was smooth and easy to dip. Add some salsa and mix well for a spicy addition. This has been a wonderful discovery for me as a vegan as I haven't found a good meltable vegan cheese for dipping until now!
