Also is it preferable to use it in the morning or evening?** A: I am using it once a week in the evening. I only use once a week and it helps to remove any dead skin. I have sensitive skin but have never had a reaction to any Urban Veda product that I've tried. It has a nice but not overpowering scent to it.
