Only 15W at full brightness on my Kill-a-watt meter. So obviously not a 36W light. These guys are not the only company do do this, but it is false advertising.2. The light is purple, not far enough into the violet spectrum for good black light effect.3. three of the LEDs were flickering/damaged on arrival.4. There is no fan or heatsink on this, only the metal sheet the LEDs are attached to. All other lights of this style have more cooling. May be prone to overheating.I have another 20W black light which is actually the correct wattage and has a deeper ultraviolet wavelength that makes UV paint jump out.
