Review: Tastes like oat milk - Oat milk is my favorite of the plant milks. I have been making it from oats for a while, it's quite easy but takes some time. Then I found this handy powdered oat milk. It's tasty - slightly sweet but still fairly neutral in flavor, so it's also suitable for cooking. I use a stick blender to mix it, and there are no clumps or gritty texture. It seems to keep well for a few days in the refrigerator. I'll keep buying it.

**Q: Manufacturer,where did the sugar come from (10g per serving is a lot)?Oat milk doesn't have sugar.**
A: I'm not the manufacturer, but oat milk absolutely has sugar in it unless you are purchasing a specifically "zero sugar" type. Google "sugar content in oat milk" and you'll see.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Replacement for Milk Powder when Baking

I use this when baking in place of milk powder (English muffins, pretzel buns, etc...). It's a perfect 1:1 replacement by volume, not weight. I ad previously tried rice milk powder, and it made everything taste too sweet, but this product works perfectly, without negatively affecting the flavor.
