Ingredients include natural flavouring, flavouring preparation and propylene glycol (E1520). States the product is suitable for vegetarians and gluten free. I bought this flavouring to add to high protein breakfast (grain free banana omlette), as I can't eat bananas. I was a little sceptical, however, I have to say I was very surprised and happy with the purchase. It tastes very natural, once you get used to using the amount to suite your taste and I would defiantly buy again. **Q: Can you flavour plain yogurt with the items** A: I use it in flavouring chocolate so I guess you could put it in yogurt. The only way is to try it!! **Q: I have a recipe for 12 cupcakes that requires 2tsp of strawberry essence.Would that be too much if I used this product?Any ideas on the amount needed?** A: In buttercream try about 5 or 6 drops per 400g of buttercream. In cake mix try about 15 to 20 drops per kg of mix. These are just a starting point and you would need to adjust to taste.
