Torn stitching and broken buckles/straps!! *by C***N on 30 September 2017* Before purchasing this bag I had been looking at it for some time, I read other reviews and decided to purchase around 6 weeks ago. Im a teacher and so i carry a lot if supplies around, i thought having a multiway bag would help dependent on the weight of the bag/contents.When it first arrived I was really impressed by how.it looked, but that soon faded!! The shoulder handles quickly started to come loose and undo so the bag was falling off I'd my shoulder with no warning. This happened with both the single and two handled options. Also the inside lining game away from the stitching and now has a gaping hole!! The only way to fix the issues with the handles was for me to stitch the straps to the buckles but this looks awful and was o my intended as a temporary measure while I sourced a replacement!!Very very disappointed!!! ### ⭐ A huge disappointment!!! *by S*** on 19 May 2018* This bag is absolutely perfect, sadly the only part that let's the bag down is the strap, and buckets, on my first use with an empty bag, the strap pulled the buckle pin through to the wrong side of the buckle, and the bag came off my back, which was a huge disappointment to me for the first time I used it, the straps buckles etc need to be remade as they are to flimsy, and the holes in the strap for the buckle pin need a metal holed toggle to provide extra strength to it and the strap needs to be double the thickness. I'm now going to have to go hunting for a suitable strap so I can use my beautiful bag!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks good, ideal for computer + work accessories *by M***A on 18 April 2019* Great so far.
