Go 1/2 a size more than usual for comfortable fit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ La Sportiva Approach *by J***0 on March 26, 2024* First and foremost, this shoe is sized way differently than shoes in the U.S. I wear men’s size 10 in the U.S., or a U.K. size 9.5, European size 44 in normal circumstances. This shoe will not fit well in your normal size. I had to go to an 11.5 men’s U.S., so 1.5 sizes up from my normal size. One size up probably could have worked but I felt it would have been uncomfortable for the toe box on this shoe can be a little tighter than usual. Please be advised that you must try this shoe on before buying it. With all that being said, the shoes themselves are comfortable and fit well with proper sizing. I have not had quite enough time in them yet, but so far the time I have had in them have been quite comfortable and pleasant. They are flexible and you can easily adjust the tightness or looseness of the shoe via the lacing. I have been able to wear them for long periods of time without soreness or aching feet. I gave a rating of 4 stars based upon my experience so far, and deducted one star solely for the sizing discrepancy.
