Arrived in 2 days just in time for out holiday. Used in a caravan no problems. So far used for 3 full cycles of charging. Takes 8 to 9 hours full charge a 50kwh peugeot e2008 for 210miles. I recommend using an power extension with thermal cut out for safety as the plug can get hot. Just hope this last long as will be using it mostly at home. Thanks again. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Fuse often burn out and overheating *by R***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 February 2024* While the cable itself is robust and well-constructed, the frequency of having to replace the fuse inside has become a source of annoyance, making it seem like an impractical purchase. Moreover, there is a risk of overheating, leading to potential damage to the socket, and the fuse inside tends to burn out frequently. It's crucial to exercise caution, especially if you're not familiar with the product, as mishandling can result in issues. Overall, these concerns raise doubts about the cable's reliability and suggest that it might not be the most advisable choice unless one is well-versed in handling such issues ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Don't buy *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 December 2023* Keeps blowing electrics and the plug gets hot, so does my socket. This will cause a fire. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/513957248-portable-ev-charger-13a-electric-vehicle-car-charger-cable-type](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/513957248-portable-ev-charger-13a-electric-vehicle-car-charger-cable-type) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
