We recommend you start with the lowest temperature (35℃) for 5-10 minutes and then increase gradually after 3-4 days. 2) Connect the Neck Stretcher to the Jack of the USB remote. Plug the USB remote into any adaptor and switch on the power supply. 3) Use the remote to set the timer and temperature. There are buttons present for the time & heat settings. Click on the button once to go to the lowest mode, i.e, 35℃ and 10 minutes. And one more time after reaching the top, the blue light will turn off indicating that the heat setting is turned off. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Helped From Day 1 *by P***D on 16 November 2024* From the first day I used this, it helped relieve pain and stiffness.Two things to take note of when reading this review:(1) I only use the neck traction device, not the posture strap.(2) My issue is damage to C4-C5 in my neck after an accident some years ago.I tell you this as your situation may differ, thus getting different results.I use this at night before going to bed, as it suits me best to use it then. Every morning I awake, I feel less pain and stiffness than before using the traction device. The heat is soothing and adjustable, to suit you. I have needed to play around with the precise positioning, as it seems even a small difference in position on your neck, makes a big difference to comfort and I guess effectiveness, so bear that in mind when you first start using it. Also, make sure that you check the instructions on which way around to position it, as one way stretches more than another, you should start with the easier way and progress in time, to the other way with more stretch, if needed.
