Review: Very relaxing . - A very fascinating, relaxing item. Sometimes the sand sticks, so I just tilt to left or right. I think uf I had on a work desk, I would nit get any work done, I love it ! Bought as a gift, but will be sad to let it go .
Review: There is a knack to it - When I first got this I was so disappointed as the sand was all clumped and stuck together in one half of the circle but realised it was easily fixable by shaking and turning it a couple of times until all the sand was free. Now, there is a knack to this and I have found what works for me is flipping it like you flip a record to play the other side. Rotating it did NOT work for me as all the bubbles moved to the side and to the top, meaning all the sand just fell to the bottom. Flipping it and giving it a bit of movement to evenly distribute the bubbles works like a treat. This does not work every time as sand + bubbles = unpredictable but more often than not I get it right and its so calming and pretty to watch. The impliment used to let more air in/out is not included but I dont recall seeing anywhere in the description that it was included but I think it should be. I think the 12 inch version is the perfect size for this kind of thing.

A: Use your syringe and add air

A: Yes it comes with the sand and water basically everything all you have to do is unbox it and is ready to go

**Q: Where to get the base?**
A: This is not the kind you put on a base. The one in the picture is wall mounted and that is included.

**Q: How long does it take to complete?**
A: It varies. 5-10 minutes usually. Sometimes longer. My kids like watching it form. Calming effect.

Bought this as a gift for someone who is very difficult to buy for. Its very pretty, relaxing and a great addition to a desk. It's good value for money and comes in a variety of colours. The item itself is goid quality and not flimsy, luckily it was well protected in its box because the box itself came a bit battered. All in all, very pleased
