From the manufacturer PLASTIC KITS This series provides both the car fan and modeller a huge range of exciting subject from the automotive world. The 1/24 scale range includes vehicles from the race track as well as many iconic road cars. Each cars’ unique form and styling is replicated complete with engine, suspension and interior detail. This range is the perfect starting point for car fans to build their favourite cars from the past 40 years. Cars include the Morris Mini Cooper and Lotus Super Seven right through to the awesome current day Nissan GT-R and McLaren Mercedes SLR. As with all Tamiya items, instructions are clear and concise, which allows the modeller to build a 1/24th scale car with ease. Many of the components such as the bodywork are already finished in the base colours; making painting optional and therefore ideal for the first time modeller. Paint and the required modelling glue for these kits available separately from all Tamiya dealers. TAMIYA 24163 Castrol Toyota Tom's Supra GT 1:24 Car Model Kit During the 1995 season Toyota entered a fleet of their race tuned Supra GT's into this popular event. Packed into the Supra look alike body shell was Toyota's latest racing technology. A 2,140cc, 4-cylinder turbocharged power plant was taken from Toyota's Eagle Mk.III racing machine, which was active during the "93 IMSA races in the U.S.A. The X-Trac developed sequential 6-speed gearbox efficiently transmitted this engine's awesome power to the rear wheels. Four wheel double wishbone suspension components were taken from another Toyota prototype racer, the TS010. The body shell was extensively modified to obtain even better aerodynamics. Additional air intakes and outlets, oversized fenders and a huge rear spoiler, gave its massive silhouette and even more aggressive appearance.

**Q: How difficult is it to apply all the decals?**
A: Average difficulty for decals. The decals are of high quality, but I would recommend using a decal softening solution

**Q: Do you have to paint it/apply any sort of finish?**
A: It comes all white you have to paint the Individual pieces as its put together.

**Q: How do you put decals on tires?  How do you take decal off the sheet? Do you deep it into water and let it soak it or...?**
A: You put them in warm water to release them from the paper

**Q: Would you consider it easier or harder to assemble than revell (skill 3)**
A: No not at all I have assembled about 20 to me easier because of tamiya has better figment than most companies make top off the line

Lot of waffle in the reviews about the decals but as long as you know what you're doing they are fine. Waterslide transfers are exactly that, they should be manipulated off the sheet and into place with a brush and LOTS of water, if you pull them about with tweezers or other tools of course they're going to tear, particularly the bigger ones. Take your time and they'll be fine.
