Thanks!** A: Shelf life is dependant on storage conditions. Usual restrictions apply of being dry and cool out of sunlight so retain natural moisture in the jerky otherwise it's like chewing rubber! and be sure to use an airtight container. Had this for a year without issue. Remember any white marks are part of the curing process so don't be alarmed.
