This fit the bill - measurements were right on and the thing seems sturdy and the foot pedal is nice. Note that these are not large containers since it is split in two so you do need to empty more often and there isn't an easy handle to grab to pull it out. But those are just improvement ideas. It comes as advertised and I'm happy with the purchase.
