Pro's - Works well with our water-softener water so doesn't create huge amounts of foam that damage the washing machine. - Odourless. Really nice not to have the ultra-perfumed washing-powder smell forced upon us, as most other detergents seem to have now. This is especially important for people who react badly or who are allergic to chemical scents (as one of my family members is)! - Gentle cleaning and no filler residue (those white streaks) in the machine or on the clothes. Cons - If you have really dirty clothes, you may need to put through a second time or do some pre-washing by hand first. - On the pricey side and the bag is quite small - but how do you put a price on preventing allergic reactions?
