I plan to get two electric steam tables, but probably will use one for cold items. They are sized correctly for the stainless steel serving trays and are 3 feet wide, length-wise. If I bring ice, I can use one of the steam tables for cold items like salad, fruit, Jell-O, and perhaps homemade ice-cream, half-and-half, and milk.
