When I first bought it it started to overheat soooo much that it actually hurt to touch it. The fan would run constantly and I couldn't turn the laptop off. I had to wait for it to die. I literally couldnt leave it alone because I was afraid it was going to start a fire. I had a friend look at it and it seemed like we fixed the problem. A few months after that it stopped holding a charge. I homeschool my child and it sometimes feels like we spend more time trying to get this pos to work than actual homeschooling. I have now had this laptop for about 8 months and it has started to get EXTREMELY hot again. It barely holds a charge now. We might get one hour worth of charge at a time. The only way my child can really use it is when it is plugged in and when we're done with school we HAVE to unplug it right away. We have also had problems with the touch pad and touch screen intermittently. This laptop was a huge mistake and waste of money.
