Review: From slipping to sticking. These grips deliver - After a lot of research into CrossFit grips, I settled on these — and they’ve been absolutely fantastic. I’ve used cheaper grips before, but they all relied on chalk for grip and tended to slide on a powder-coated bar. These are in a different league. The extra thickness means less hand fatigue, and during movements like chest-to-bar pull-ups or kipping, I noticed a huge reduction in both fatigue and the risk of rips. They provide just the right amount of stick — secure on the bar, but easy to release when needed. I tested them during the CrossFit workout Cindy and they were a revelation. I even beat my previous score by 9 reps, which I’ll happily credit to these grips. TL;DR: If you’re considering new grips, these are well worth it.
