Directions on back of the tube state " Apply 2-3 pumps (depending on hair length) onto palms and disperse throughout damp hair using your fingers or a comb. Use as a styling aid on dry hair as required." **Q: Can this be used on eyebrows please?** A: Yes I’m fairly sure it’s safe, but just be extra careful not to get the product into your eyes.A small amount of maybe half a pump blend together on your fingertips then gently work into the brow.
