My mother introduced me to this bread and its the ONLY bread I will eat now! Its worth the price and I avoid the tummy issues I use to have eating the processed bread and grains that are suppose to be "healthy." I did not expect them to taste just like real bagels, but I think the recipe needs to be rethought.What was odd, was that the bagels did not look like the product photos. They are a very dark brown. After eating more of these bagels, they are growing on me.
