Lately I found myself spending too much time digging through parts draws and junk boxes when bread boarding circuits to test. I think this kit is going to put a stop to all of that. It's has pretty much all your common components in one place which is how I intent to try and keep it. The product description says the outer case is for shipping only but it seems decent enough to keep everything together on the shelf. All the smaller cases inside are about what you would expect and will keep everything organized well enough. The resistors kit is large but as bad as anybodies in that it is just a bunch of cut reel strips that invariably get tangled together. So the search continues for a good thru-hole resistor storage solution. The parts themself look like they are decent quality as does the entire kit. There are quite few parts I know I'll never use but they are there on the off chance I need one. The prototype boards are nice to have as it seems I never have enough and an extra pair of nippers is always welcome. It's a bit pricey for my needs since I already have much of this but to fill the gaps in my inventory and bring everything together in one place will make it worth it in the time it saves in the long run.
