I have been using CHNL black batteries which I have been heard are somewhat competitive as a racing battery, so I didn't expect a huge difference but...I was wrong. The R-line batteries are incredible. My voltage meter just stays pegged above 4. The resistance to sag is nuts. My flight time was also much longer than expected. One downside: once you get near 3.5 volts per cell, it drops FAST. Get out of the air. Something about the sag resistance also results in an extremely fast drop-off once the battery is drained. I have found myself at 3.5, then fallen below 3 before I could get back to my landing spot. So, I take it in around 3.6 now. Still, more flight time than I'm used to, and handles high current very well. They are also significantly lighter than the 1300mah batteries I was using.
