I have been using it daily for over two months now and nothing has changed. My stomach is visibly moving when it is turned on, I have it at full strength but it clearly does not stimulate the muscles underneath, it must simply move the flesh. The smaller items are almost impossible to use because even on strength 1 they are extremely painful. I have tried them on my obliques, my glutes and ham string and it is like being zapped with a taser, my husband even tried them and he said, no way not a hope that hurts way too much.
