It is high cardio but low impact. Your joints will thank you! I did have to purchase a specific belt for my exact weight so if your weight changes you may need to buy an additional band for that. The same goes if you are using it for multiple persons in the household. I also purchased the ceiling hook to hang the product in my garage ceiling.
