**Q: Does this tip over easily?**
A: Although I had to return this coat tree because it was taller than I expected.  That being said, the coat tree / umbrella stand is well made and easy (but a bit time consuming) to put together.  I only had 3 lighter coats but, there was no issue with it tipping.  If it would have been a bit shorter, it would have been perfect!

**Q: The description is not very clear on dimensions of the coat tree once it’s put together. Can you please let me know of depth and width. Thanks**
A: The footprint is 11.25" x 11.25" and it's 73" tall.  Despite the narrow footprint, it's really stable.

I put this up myself. Which means it wasn’t difficult. I purchased the gold one. It looks gold to me. The directions were crystal clear. Very easy to put together. Fits right in the corner of my suite. Now there were a couple of the knobs where the color was scraped off. That didn’t bother me. For the money it’s worth it. It’s not heavy but sturdy. You can hang up many things.
