For the last two years I’ve been using these 1.8mm pads to improve the fit of my plastic frame glasses. Since my flat Asian facial structure with a less than prominent nose has a hard time with plastic frames, I needed something to build up the nose pads area. They are plenty thick, sticking out enough to build up the nose pads area of my frames enough so my glasses would sit off my cheek bones.
