This product is not designed well for woman with largest bust. I wear a 42DDD for reference. My bus is either compressed and looks unnatural if I wear this over my bust with and without a bra. Or if I pull my breasts out of the shapewear, then the shape of them changes and they look elongated. I HIGHLY do not recommend this if you have a larger bust.
