It’s silicone and sulphate free. It’s one of the Curly Girl a approved products and I used this for around 2 years… amazing gel **Q: Can this hold fine straight, type 1-A, non-greasy hair, in a curl or wavy style, that’s made with, or without applying heat?** A: yes. it should work for this application **Q: What is the fat content?** A: I'm not sure how oily it is but it's recommended for the cg method and they're not usually oily.
