**Q: Why is "Thompsons Oil and Drive Cleaner" advertised as Ronseal RSLTODC1L Oil and Drive Cleaner?**
A: I cleaned Oil from my block paved driveway which had been there for some weeks and I had tried other driveway cleaners without success.  I left it longer than recommended and all oil stains have disappeared.  Would definitely recommend it.

**Q: Is this product any good for resin drives**
A: Cheryl I bought this cleanser for oil stains on our tarmac driveway so in all honesty I cannot say but it was not caustic when poured onto the surface. Perhaps you could phone a local hardware outlet and ask them their opinion.

**Q: What is the shelf life for this product?**
A: Sorry I have no idea, best to ask where it is sold if it doesn’t say on the pack. What I can tell you is that it may be ok for very small area but it did not work to remove oil from a leaking van on a communal drive.

**Q: Will this work on slabs?**
A: Well, it was a waste of time on my block paving - did not touch the oil spill. I would not buy again. Sorry to be negative.

My car had an oil leak and 6 months of drips on my block driveway and it was a big stain - 2 sq ft. I had used a power washer with detergent and it didnt help so bought this stuff. Applied neat as suggested and brushed and left for 20mins. The instructions say wash it off but I used a power washer and it made a big difference. It was ok after first use still very noticable. Did it again as before and the stains are much not quite gone but you wouldn't pay attention to it.

Recently had a oil drip from my car on my drive way, and to get my wife off my back about it, looked around to see what would get rid of it.This stuff seemed to get the best reviews, so tried it out.Firstly, reviews that say it does not fully take away oil stains are correct, but I noticed a BIG difference after using it, as the two black oil stains on my drive way are now just noticeable.Will probably use later in the summer again, and with a power washer, to get rid of those stains.So it does a good enough job to get rid of those stubborn oil stains on your drive way.
