I also have a knee that has a lot of pain especially if I lay on it wrong. This product has been a miracle worker! I use it on my feet when I get off work and on my knee if it is hurting and it is usually only a few minutes later that the burning & pain is gone. I also put it on my feet & knee at bedtime & it has allowed me to sleep without kicking my wife numerous times as I did before when I thrashed around because of the burning. She is quite happy about that! It has also helped the pain in her back from sciatica.
