Then (because this cleaner is strong) I remove or cover the brake disks apply some spray protection to the frame, rims and drive components. Then I wipe down the chain and lube it with some all-weather lube. All-in all, under ten minutes of light cleaning and that's good for regular maintenance. Try to avoid pouring water on parts like the headset or handlebars where water ingress can sit there and rust any internals. Bonus: fill a jam jar with this stuff undiluted, take off your bike chain and plonk it in the jar. Shake it for a bit and then leave it for a day. Come back to a squeaky clean chain, dry it off properly, lube it up properly and it'll be like absolute new.
