And the second step needs to be taken out slowly. If you can't grab the screw in the second step, you should choose a larger size extractor side, and you don't need to go through the drilling in the first step. As an Amazon seller, I also use this product myself. I currently think that the first step counterclockwise works better, but when I took out a bad screw yesterday, the first step clockwise drilled it out too. .
