The vehicle actually came with Dr. Beasley's "Matte Paint Prescription", which worked quite well but was expensive. I recently decided to switch to Chemical Guys "Meticulous Matte Car Wash". Like Dr Beasley's, this is formulated specifically for matte and satin paints - i.e. no added waxes or other components that would add 'shine'. The Chemical Guys wash soap works quite well. One cap full per gal of water is all that is needed to clean. When used with wash pads, it was able to easily clean our Ioniq5. It rinsed off easily and did not leave any residue or streaking.
