It should be soft, powdery, and melt in your mouth. These look like they still had some moisture during the process and they used them anyways bc apparently, you can’t return them!!?? They’re completely inedible and I don’t like paying for something that I can’t even eat and haven’t even opened bc they have a window on the front of the package.
