We use these any time we have to be outside in the heat. I have even wrapped the legs around my baby carrier and worn it. Its the perfect size. It works so well and blows nice, cool air. When the battery gets low, level 4 blows lower than the others to conserve battery, I think. I saw someone else mentioned level 4 isn't as strong as the others and I'm wondering if they didn't realize their battery was low.
