Review: Great Product Great Service - I had a 10 year old Wal-Mart canopy swing whose canopy supports broke from age and Arizona heat. The manufacturer stopped doing business, the store couldn’t help me,vc and I could not find any replacement supports on the internet to re-attach my canopy to the 3-Person Swing. I ended up sending an email to the TimyRimy Store’s Customer Service and explained my issue of being unable to find replacements of the same size with an unusual quantity of interlocking teeth. They promptly responded and requested pictures of my broken supports with measurements and were able to recommend specific replacements they manufacture that I ordered and fit perfectly. Their new supports are made with far superior material than the original ones and I anticipate they will last significantly longer than the original ones. I have never had such a company work so hard to assist me over the internet. My experience with the TimyRimy Store is that their customer service is as excellent as their products. They get 5 stars from me.
Review: Durable and well made! - Yes, these little gizmos are a bit too expensive (too costly by about $5.00 each), but if the rest of your deck swing is still in good condition, you may as well bite the bullet and get these to extend the life of your swing. Both of mine had cracked right after I had replaced both the canopy and the cushions! I am happy to note that the new ones are identical to the original ones so the fit and function are perfect! I am guessing that they are probably made better than the old ones and should last a very long time.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy, with some alteration.

The inside piece is solid and is meant to fit onto a bar that can come apart. We cut a small channel on the inside facing to match the width of the bar on our canopy, as we can not dissemble the canopy. This is the second fitting we have bought as the manufacturers product broke in heavy winds, on two separate occasions. The Timyrimy bracket held solid during the wind, even after being cut. In other words, this bracket has proven to be far superior to the original bracket.
