I got a nasty bump on my nose after I accidentally snagged my piercing out with a towel... Saline alone wasn’t doing the trick, so I tried this out. It started working within a few days of use, I was shocked! It dries out the bump and promotes healing. It took about 3-4 weeks for the bump to completely disappear but it was a pretty bad (and huge) bump to begin with. I recommend wiping the area with a saline solution using a q-tip first, and then spray this aftercare solution on the area.
