I have persistent adult acne, perioral dermatitis, eyelid eczema, and overall extremely reactive skin, and this makes it feel soft and balanced. It is not a miracle cure as a face wash: I still have plenty of pimples, but it has been a long time since I have experienced any irritation or flaking. That being said, I also use it on my neck, chest, back, and armpits, and the body acne, eczema, and underarm irritation from shaving have responded to it exceptionally well.
