### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ease on digestive system

I’ve tried a few brands of mushroom teas, & I like this brand the best. For me, it has been about how these teas impact the digestive system. Not sure if it is the other ingredients different brands use because the mushrooms are pretty much the same. This brand is more predictable as far as ease on the digestive system (I’ve had other brands that are like a harsh laxative). I find it to taste good & could almost…almost..replace my morning coffee. I mix it in a ball jar with hot oatmilk & then put ice in it & refrigerate it for a cold “latte” for an afternoon pick me up.
