Multifunctional all-round neck weight training. There are total 4 connection points at the front, back, left, and right. You can do all-round neck muscle training, also using with weighted resistance bands and door buckles. It's a portable home fitness set. Head harness with a sponge pad to protect your head. The length of the headband can be adjusted to suit different training groups. High strength webbing and heavy-duty D-ring buckle, adding fastening stitching, which are sturdy and durable, not easy to tear.

Review: Pretty Good - I had a 20 inch neck when I played football and powerlifted through school and college, and now at the age of 59 I have the dreaded turkey neck even though I'm lean everywhere else, lol. So I bought this to see if I can tighten up the skin by toning up the neck muscles. Also I do BJJ, so it's good to have a strong neck anyway. I think the construction is just fine. Seems very durable. My head circumference is 22 inches, so the MD is perfectly snug. As far as people complaining about no instructions, just YouTube or Google search some physical therapy or BJJ neck exercises. I would not however attach weights, just my opinion. The band provides plenty of resistance. When using the forehead hook, I also would not lift my chin up, but rather pull my chin "in."

**Q: Can you use this to also hang and decompress your neck?**
A: I would get a better quality one. I use mine for just stretching basically i woukd not use it for heavy workouts
