Review: One failed after a month, but great response to that, and great locks, ultimately! - Update: I was told not to bother sending them back, and a replacement pack was sent quickly. So I ended up with a spare. All 3 locks have worked really well, and these are great to carry since they are so light, and very quick to put on and take off when stopped. They prevent anyone simply walking off with the bike during a cafe stop or something; and do have a strong metal core which isn't quick to break through if anyone does try to do that. They are great, so from 1 star to 5, both for product, and service when one of the first pack didn't work as it should. One of the two has failed after only a few uses - it wouldn't lock at all but just kept sliding off. I haven't used the other. Will be sending both back as a faulty product.

These ties could be readily cut - universal key (the key has two sharp prongs and the ends can easily tear/pierce your pocket lining. This is an annoying design flaw)

Update: I was told not to bother sending them back, and a replacement pack was sent quickly. So I ended up with a spare. All 3 locks have worked really well, and these are great to carry since they are so light, and very quick to put on and take off when stopped. They prevent anyone simply walking off with the bike during a cafe stop or something; and do have a strong metal core which isn't quick to break through if anyone does try to do that. They are great, so from 1 star to 5, both for product, and service when one of the first pack didn't work as it should. Easy to use, lightweight and easily stow in jersey pocket. A pair great either for two bikes or to double up front and rear, or secure against fixed object. Still wouldn't leave for too long, but perfect for cafe stops etc
