Also, watch your diet and try to have at least 5 to 6 meals including the Carnivor. **Q: how many cup are one scoop because my bottle dont have it?** A: The bottle says 4 scoops per serving. I only use 2 scoops with 2% milk and it last me 30 days doing it that way which is plenty! If your didn't come with the scoop I would only use one large cup, that will equal 2 scoops. Even with 2 scoops and looking to build mass this is the stuff! There is nothing better than this product! Period. I have tried everything in the last 20 years on and off and just in the last 6 months only working out 3 days a week I got people telling me I look like I'm about to pop.
