What is the length of the handle before it runs into the blade?** A: I have 2 hooks where the small blade and the hole in the large blade are and it hangs fine. It's 27" long there. The wrapped handle is 16" long and it's 22" to the start of the blade. **Q: Would i be able to cut a wood log with this axe or would it break upon impact?** A: Def not but u can play with so thats good but def a more show piece then a actual real axe but they look great.
