I wasn't sure it would work, but it was excellent. The color (grey) was very nice; it was light enough to let the wood line show through. It held enough soil for the plants to root. It was sturdy enough to hold the soil, plants, and water, but light enough that my husband and I could pick it up and carry it to the garage after the end of the season.
