**Q: I have a French Door (2 doors next to each other) without a strike plate. Will your product work for me?**
A: Hello, Thank you for your interest in our Product. Trustella Portable Door Lock is mainly designed for regular doors with enough 0.2in gab between door and the frame.

If you have an out-swing double side door like what's shown in product infograph image, you can apply the lock as for a regular door from inside.

**Q: If you have a deadbolt lock and a regular doorknob lock do you need two or just one for maybe the deadbolt lock?**
A: If you want extra protection then you can get two but I feel like one works quit well. Also I have yet to try this on a deadbolt. I would suggest buying one for your doorknob and testing it on the deadbolt before purchasing a second

**Q: Does it damage the paint on the door or wall?**
A: It did not damage the door or paint at all. You don't have to tighten it until you can't anymore. You can still leave it a little lose and they still can't get in since it's on a thread like a screw & nut.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My door's set up was not shown but it still worked.

My door's situation was not like any shown, but it still worked. Outer metal lip exceeds the casing by a lot to the point it is exceptional. I wasn't sure even if the extention on the item would be far enough out. Make sure you look at how the item is set up as its not apparent as to the reason why until you try to install it yourself. There is a video, I highly suggest you watch it although the lock appears to be straightforward. I will be using this on my own apartment main door that opens to a hallway as we have had breakins. Also, if you feel that maintenance or property management is unlawfully entering your home, this works well. I will buy a 2nd one for traveling and safety. It is well made and I had someone try to force the door open once they used the key and they couldn't get in. Travelability: Small and easy to keep on your person even while out and about. Safety: Easy to remove in case of fire. Fit: I knew it would fit because I can see light from the hallway. Color: Its a portable lock, if you care about the color and not the safety, then your priorities are off. (Just saying) Highly Recommend | Great Price Point | Well Made | Will Be Buying As Gifts For Friends and Family For The Holidays
